After a world premier in Vienna, followed by performances in Paris and London, the Ysaÿe quartet and clarinetist Paul Meyer gave a memorable performance on 16 November in Tel Aviv. The program for the evening, hosted by Charles Reisman, chief executive of BNP Paribas Israel, featured Mozart’s famous Clarinet Quintet and the Quintet for Strings and Clarinet by Austrian composer Friedrich Cerha, a work commissioned by the BNP Paribas Foundation.
Some 300 clients were invited to this fabulous concert, which was attended by the composer, as well as members of the Austrian, French and Israeli diplomatic communities.
