In 2014, over 10 million m² of Belgian commercial real estate were under management by external service providers. With 5.7 million m² under management, the office market is still out in front, ahead of commercial and semi-industrial property. In this sector, BNP Paribas Real Estate holds market shares of 28% for office space, 10% for industrial property and 2.5% for retail property.
